Delivery

Any order over $120 will not incur a delivery charge within Australia.

Any order to be sent outside of Australia will incur a delivery charge depending on location and weight.

How are products delivered?

All products are generally delivered via Australia Post's registered mail service.  All orders can be tracked by visiting Australia Post's website.  Couriers will sometimes be used and other mail services will be used in areas where couriers do not operate.

Can products be collected from Bous Beauty?

YES, products can be collected from the premises of Bous Beauty located in Mona Vale, NSW by arrangement.  No delivery charges will apply when collecting the products from Bous Beauty regardless of the amount purchased.  Payment for the products being collected can be made by either credit card or electronic bank deposit.  Cash or bank cheques made payable to Bous Beauty are accepted at the time of collection.

How long does it take to receive an order?

We allow 2-5 working days for delivery within Australia.  This is just a rough guide as delivery times will vary depending on the service in your area. 

What about out of stock items?

Customer Service will contact you to advise that the product is out of stock and of an approximate date when the product will be back in stock (generally 1 - 3 days) .  All other products purchased will be dispatched to you immediately.  The out of stock product will be dispatched to you separately without freight charges.  If your original order is over $120 (including the out of stock item), all items will be dispatched freight free.

Does Bous Beauty ship to P.O. Box Addresses?

Yes, we do send to P.O. Box numbers.  We prefer a physical day time address but, where this is not suitable, a P.O. Box number can be used.
