YES, all products sold on the www.bousbeauty.com.au site are 100% fresh and genuine. Each product has come from original manufacturer for that particular brand. There are no copies, fakes, imitations or old stock.
What happens if a product is out of stock?We will contact you to advise that a product is out of stock and provide you with an approximate date when the product will be back in stock (generally 1 - 3 days) . Your credit card will not be debited for the out of stock item until it arrives in store. All other products purchased will be dispatched to you immediately. The out of stock product will be charged to your account before being dispatched to you separately without freight charges. If your original order is over $120 (including the out of stock item), all items will be dispatched freight free.
We allow 2 - 5 working days for delivery within Australia. This is just a rough guide as delivery times will vary depending on the service in your area.

Can I return a product that I am not happy with?
We accept returns if the product ordered is damaged in some way in transit, are defective or cause a reaction supported by medical evidence. If you choose a product by mistake, we will gladly exchange the product for you provided the product is unopened and unused. We request that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the product for you to be eligible for any returns.

Sapphire LED Light Therapy is used for rejuvenating skin, reducing the appearance of the visible signs of skin ageing, firming and toning, collagen stimulation and treating of acne / problematic skin.
LED Light Therapy is suitable for men, women and children. Treatments last 20 minutes and a course of 8 - 12 sessions, twice a week, is recommended. Ongoing maintenance treatments once every 4 to 6 weeks will support and prolong results. LED light hand held devices are also available for home care maintenance
